Pan-fried Fish Steaks
Ingredients
- 4 firm white fish steaks
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through turning once during cooking.
Combine remaining ingredients in a screw-top jar, shake until well combined.
Brush both sides of hot fish steaks with herb dressing.
Serve with any remaining dressing and steamed vegetables.
Serves 4.
