Thick Cream Sauce


  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in the flour until a smooth paste.
  2. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Take off from heat and gradually add the cream until smooth.
  4. Heat slowly and cook until very thick and smooth.
