- 600ml oysters
- 1 tbsp. butter
- ½ tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- Few grains cayenne pepper
- Put butter in a covered saucepan with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- When hot, add oysters.
- Cover closely, and shake the pan to keep oysters from sticking.
- Cook 2-3 minutes, or until plump
Serve on toasted crackers.
