Pasta with Crab


  • 75g tomato tagliatelle or fettuccine
  • 1 small leek, finely sliced
  • 1 zucchini, cut into thin strips
  • 90g cooked crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 15g butter
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Cook pasta in boiling water in a saucepan following packet instructions. Drain and set aside and keep warm.

Melt butter in a non-stick frypan over medium heat, add leek and garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes or until leek is soft.

Add zucchini and cook for 2 minutes longer.

Add pasta, crab meat, lime juice and black pepper to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.

Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and serve immediately.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
