- 2 rabbits (cut into joints)
- ¾ stick butter
- 1 ½ cup finely rolled slated crackers (do them in a food processor)
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Dip pieces of rabbit in melted butter and roll in cracker crumbs.
- Place pieces in shallow baking dish but do not crowd.
- Cover and bake 1 hour or until tender.
