Ostrich Fillet and Prawn


  • 1kg ostrich fillets
  • ½kg green prawn cutlets
  • 1 ½ cup of rice
  • Asparagus spears
  • Low sodium soy sauce


Marinate the ostrich fillets in soy sauce.

Grill the fillets over a grill at a very high temperature until medium-rare.

Grill the prawn cutlets.

Serve over a bed of rice with asparagus spears on the side.
