Baked Scallops in Shells


  • 500gr scallop meat
  • 4 whole reef scallops, cleaned and meat removed
  • 4 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 4 tsp. dine dry bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp. melted butter


Place four or five scallop meat in each of four greased scallop shells.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add 1 tbsp. cream to each shell.

Bake in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.

Serves 4
