Avocado Pear and Crabmeat


  • 1 avocado pear
  • 125g cooked crabmeat
  • 3 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 dessertspoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika


The flesh of the avocado pear and add the crabmeat, shallots, mayonnaise, oil and nutmeg together in a bowl.

Mix well.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass over ice and sprinkle with paprika.

Serves 2.
